As an essential business, we are still open and ready to serve your heating and cooling needs. We want to let you know the steps & precautions we are following regarding the COVID-19 reports. Along with following guidelines from Governor DeWine & the Ohio Department of Health, we are practicing the following precautions and options for the safety of our employees, their families, and our customers:

  • We offer over-the-phone payment options for any service or bill. Only technicians who are comfortable performing tune ups and service calls are doing on-site visits
  • All technicians have access to hand sanitizer and PPE
  • All employees are encouraged and supported to stay home if they are not feeling well or if they need to take care of a family member that is ill
  • We would be happy to reschedule any appointment as requested by our customers and are proactively rescheduling non-emergency service and tune up appointments
  • We are continuously sanitizing our office, equipment, vehicles, work areas and other surfaces throughout the day
